You could send us the photo about the product defects within 7 days after you settle the payment via one of below contact, we will process and contact you as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you due to the product defect although all were checked before delivery.
▶︎ Notes for Refund/Returns
- A full refund will be provided if the returned item is bought from COLE COOL online shop and have not been damaged, washed, soiled, altered or worn and any labels or tags should be intact.
- Application of returns/refund for the defective & incorrect products should be made within 7 days after your purchase.
- If you do decide to make a return or refund, please contact us first and send the item back via registered mail. Further procedure will be carried out when we receive the returned item.
- COLE COOL will pay for the delivery fee if the return application is made within 7 days of the purchase.
▶︎ What is defective product?
As 99% of the product are handmade, the following situations would not be considered as a defect:
- Understand for natural materials: materials like stones, pearl, shell, agate, are ALL NATURAL, all the colour, pattern, shape, size are different, none of them are EXACTLY the same as the photo or display, it’s the most special value of natural materials.
- Thread ends: As products are handmade or made by machine , the thread ends maybe untrimmed. A simply cut by scissor can fix the loose thread end.
- Uncut button hole: You may simply cut by a scissor.
- Smell: New products would have smell of dye or raw material, it will be eliminated after the washing.
- Measurement: The measurements would slightly different from actual value, 1-2 cm difference should be accepted.
